FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability and allow time for full setup planning.
How many guests can my setup accommodate?
Our experiences are designed for intimate groups of 8–25 guests. Larger groups can be accommodated on request.
What events do you currently operate at?
Before The Event partners with select venues and events throughout Nashville. If you're considering an event not currently listed, we encourage you to reach out. We'll evaluate the location, guest experience, and operational requirements to determine whether we can accommodate the opportunity.
What happens if the event is cancelled or rained out?
In the event of cancellation or severe weather we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full credit toward a future booking.
How do I start the process?
Start with a conversation. Reach out through our contact page, and we'll schedule a brief call to learn about your event, your guests, and your goals. From there, we'll begin designing an experience tailored to your occasion.
